Peregrine Health Services, LLC is a specialized consulting firm dedicated to helping healthcare organizations optimize emergency department and trauma center performance.

Our consultants are nationally recognized, highly experienced nurse leaders who identify process improvement recommendations and provide hands-on implementation support to help unlock the potential of emergency departments and trauma centers.

History

It all started in 2006, with a small group of consultants that came from Cardinal Health. Blue Jay Consulting was born and became the leading emergency department consultancy across the country. The company was well known for excellence in quality implementation and leadership services. In 2015, the company was sold to Philips where the business evolved to incorporate an array of tools and resources that broadened its capabilities.

In 2023, the company emerged from Philips as Peregrine, a specialized consulting firm that is dedicated to helping healthcare organizations optimize emergency department and trauma center performance.

We implement sustainable change.

Assessment and identification of performance is the beginning of change and while many experts can offer advice, they typically lack the ability to implement sustainable change. We are implementation experts who understand that each organization is different. Sustainable change management requires expert leadership skills with deep domain knowledge and a respect for differences in staff knowledge and culture.

Our consultants are nationally recognized, highly experienced nurse leaders that identify process improvement recommendations and provide hands-on implementation support to help unlock our client’s potential.
